The Snugpak Stratosphere WGTE is a compact, classic bivvy shelter that offers ideal protection and comfort for solo adventurers. The self-supporting canopy over head and shoulders provides additional freedom of movement and breathability, while the lightweight design offers comprehensive weather protection.
The shelter has a three-quarter-length side zipper for easy access and is equipped with a mosquito net that keeps annoying insects out and can be rolled up when not in use. A ventilation opening with mesh fabric behind the head area improves air circulation and reduces condensation.
Made from PU-coated, waterproof material with taped seams and a water column of 5000 mm, the Stratosphere WGTE reliably protects against moisture and wind. The bathtub-style floor with a water column of 8000 mm (HH) provides additional security in adverse weather conditions.
With a weight of only 1.1 kg (including aluminum poles and 7 Y-pegs plus one spare peg), the shelter can be easily stowed and transported in the compression stuff sack – ideal for tours where a small pack size and low weight are crucial.
